Robert’s Pick: Between Microsoft’s pre-sale push and the Ultimate Edition’s ability to play early, Microsoft’s PR team snuck one past us, thus explaining last week’s pick of Forza Horizon 3. But the recommendation still stands, with Playground Games offering another open-world, on- or off-road opus across the Australian continent. Sure, the pushes for additional the car packs and Groove integration are annoying, but MS’s nefarious tactics can’t damper the sheer enjoyment of tearing across the Outback like (Mad) Max Rockatansky.

  1. Laser Blaster might be the most generic sounding game title ever. Its like one of those made-up names they’d say on TV in the 80s and 90s.

  2. Is Sonic Boom another Sonic disaster?

  3. Gal*Gun looks cute. If there’s a Steam launch discount im in those panties.

  4. I’m curious why Nintendo puts out FF2 and 3 on the same day. Then again, I wonder about 50% of their decisions.

  5. Severed is seriously underrated. Wii U owners should pick it up and support the devs.

  6. I didn’t know XCOM 2 was coming to console.

    REJOICE!

  7. Nothing for me this week.

  8. So with Forza Horizon, you have to pay $40 to play it a few days early? I know you get bonus content, but Jeez…

  9. I might pick up GalGun: Double Peace if the price is nice.

  10. GunGal review please. I trust you as a reviewer.

  11. Who the hell is Kunio?
