Robert’s Pick: While Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop?! will likely get a play-through this week, it’s the release of Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess that I’m really excited for. For those who didn’t play Deception IV: Blood Ties, this releases offers a ton of sadistic content- offering the original game, a wealth of new traps and missions, a new playable character, in addition to the previous Princesses from Deception II, III, and Trapt. The only downside is the one of the preorder bonuses is exclusive to GameStop/ShopTo- a practice that’s as evil as any ensnarement in the game.

Gonçalo’s Pick:
Sadly, I’ve missed out on the Trapt/Deception series as the series only received intermittent European launches. Luckily, it seems Tecmo-Koei has finally decided to give those of us hailing from the old continent another chance. Any Strategy/JRPG fan from this region would do well to pick Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess up even if just to send a message that there is indeed a market for it.

  1. So The Nightmare Princess is the same price as IV? I wish they offered an expansion for people who bought Blood Ties.

  2. Review Rory McIlroy PGA Tour or suffer the wrath of readers. Well, at least one.

  3. I’m eager to see if Rory McIlroy PGA Tour really looks and feels next-gen. so far everythign EA has put out seems like a weaksauce port.

  4. Am I the only one that confuses AR-K with ARK?

  5. I’m grabbing Deception IV: The Nightmare Princess this week. I’m glad I held off on Blood Ties.

  6. My eyes are on Godzilla. The big guy deserves a good game.

  7. Where’s my Nintendo releases?

  8. Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop?! looks kind of cool. Review, please!

  9. Grabbing Deception IV tonight. Can’t wait to play it.

  10. I expect a review of KEYTARI: 8-bit Music Maker. You cover smaller, niche games, and right now there are no reviews for the game.
