About Robert Allen

Since being a toddler, Robert Allen has been immersed in video games, anime, and tokusatsu. Currently, his days are spent teaching at two southern California colleges. But his evenings and weekends are filled with STGs, RPGs, and action titles and well at writing for Tech-Gaming since 2007.

  1. That’s alot of games! Wish I was going.

  2. MK vs. DC, please play and report back! Now get to it!

  3. You sure are some lucky blokes. I’d give a gonad to play half of those games.

  4. That is a rather yummy list. Can’t wait for E3!

  5. Bring back one copy of each, and give them away. You’ll be bigger than Amazon.com

  6. Can a person really play that many games in three days?!?! Give it a go!

  7. Saint Row 2- Hell yeah!

  8. I hope Nintendo is keeping a title or two a secret until the big event.

  9. Kid Icarus and Animal Crossing, pretty sure.

  10. Sony’s got the best line up, I think:

    – Buzz! Quiz TV – PS3
    Killzone 2, should be good
    LittleBigPlanet, Best game evar?
MotorStorm: Pacific Rift Loved the first
    PixelJunk Eden cool indie game
    Resistance 2, insomniac, nuff said
SOCOM: Confrontation – Should be great.

  11. I’m looking forward to more on Chrono Trigger DS and Saints Row 2, and hopefully some more info on Rock Band 2.

  12. Your fingers are going to get blistered.

  13. Been looking for a list like that!

    Thanks!

  14. Disney Fairies: Tinker Bell

    Oh, yeah!

  15. Martin Talamantes

It’s about time they’re releasing a new Banjo game. The only problem people have are the new vehicle dynamic. I, however, disagree. I feel this breaths a new fresh and original concept to an old genre.

I absolutely can’t wait for this game

  16. We better get some Animal Crossing on the Wii.

  17. Wheres my game, Kid Icarus?

  18. Thanks for that list, some good, some bad, and some real ugly?

  19. Capcom just announced the game prevoiusly known as Plunder is changing it’s name to…

    Age of Booty!

  20. You’ve got to be kidding me.

  21. Who doesn’t like booty?

  22. Wow, that’s a lot of games!

  23. You should fix the Mega Man 9 entry of the list: it’s now confirmed for XBLA and PSN. Yessssssss!!!

  24. I hope there is an Animal Crossing Wii announcement

  25. 146 Different games, woohoo!

  33. can’t wait for Gears of War 2, Fable 2, and Resistance 2. This years going to be great.

  34. Gears 2 : Electric Bugaloo !

I recently purchased a PSP, disappointing to see almost no love for the platform @ E3.

  35. Pretty solid list

  36. Will but Fallout 3 and Lego Batman and Resistance 2, and maybe Resident Evil 5.

  37. Bah! I don’t see a dead rising 2 on Capcom’s list!

  38. DAh-un Sonic is big; It’s weird seeing Big Daddy next to Mario.

  39. I think they need to do something about pirates; but I have one, and there’s more than enough software for the system.

  40. Few surprises, so far.

  41. I cannot wait for Saints Row 2!

  42. Purr Pals for the Wii?!? I’M IN!

  43. Man I can’t wait to try Infinite Undiscovery (weird name, hopefully arse kickin game)

  44. Looks to be a good E3. i can;t wait.

  45. Informative article!

  46. Gotta say Im curious about a game called “age of booty”

  47. E3 is going to be amazing this year. Still a lot of Nintendo products are under wraps; will be interesting to see what they have in store.

  48. Very nice list. I personally cannot wait for SSFTIIHD Remix.

  49. I know somebody is bound to flame me for this, but it seems SquareEnix is becoming to the DS what Ubisoft is to the Wii. Don’t get me wrong, I’m stoked for Chronotrigger and FF IV, but it would be nice to see more original IPs (see: the World Ends with You) for the DS from them.

  50. No Captain Rainbow? D:

  51. I am looking forward to see what Nintendo has up their sleeves this year. As always they are very quiet. Though I’m also interested on info about Mirror’s Edge.

  52. I am interested in hearing how

    Fallout 3
    Too Human
    DarkSiders
    Saints Row 2
    and Prince of Persia

    play

  53. Im looking forward to all of MS’s titles, pretty much naything they publish is a solid game.

  54. So is SNK officially dead?

  55. Great site, refered from Gaf.

  56. A few of those games are already out. What gives?

  57. Fallout 3, Resdient Evil 5, Dead Space, Fable 2, Gears of War 2, Halo Wars, Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean: The Last Hope, The Last Remnant, and Left 4 Dead are the main games i see that i want to know more of or get swag from 🙂

  58. puchout wii…..contest entry plz

  59. Looks exciting! I can’t wait to hear more about the future of the PS3. Here’s to hoping we at least get a FFXIII trailer.

  60. Great games this year. Hopefully there will some great swag also.

  61. Mirror’s Edge, watch out for that sleeper. Parkour needs to be mainstreamed!

  62. Wish I could be there! Hopefully they show more fallout 3 then ever before!

  63. Dragon Quest IV will be a definite get for me.

  64. There are some good games on this list. I’m looking forward to all the news coming out this year.

  65. Most looking forward to Fable 2, Gears of War 2, Fallout 3, Soul Caliber 4, and Star Wars Force Unleashed.

  66. I find it odd that Square Enix unveiled all their good stuff before E3 even started. That said, I’m anticipating their own show for good content.

All-in-all, a solid lineup of games, but nothing to wet myself over.

  67. I am excited for Gears 2 and Rock Band 2. 🙂

  68. Woo hoo! Looks like a nice lineup this year. Chrono Trigger AND Dragon Quest?

  69. I’m hoping for more info on SOCOM. Its one of the reasons I got a PS3. Oh and I’m still praying for FFVII remake news lol

  70. Fallout 3 is the only game that matters..lol

  71. I wish that Bungie would have been able to announce their new project. Their site was going crazy with guesses and whatnot. Then they posted saying that they couldn’t announce it yet because of the publisher.

  72. Looking good. I’m looking forward to saints row 2 for sure!

  73. Great to see comebacks of series that we haven’t seen for a while (at least maybe in the U.S.)

Star Ocean, Siren, Chrono Trigger, Bangai-O Spirits, Fallout 3….

  74. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of any new Alan Wake media. I haven’t seen anything new on that game since E3 2006.

  75. great list, although disappointed in the lack of Alan Wake

  76. I’m excited for Bionic Commando, GoW2, Fable 2, Too Human, and Halo Wars.

  77. No news from Atlus and NISA? Anyone cares about Persona 4, Disagea PS3/DS at all?
