DesertEagle’s Pick: For shmup fans, spending $20 for Raiden Fighters Aces is obligatory; The franchise has yet to disappoint. Battlestations: Pacific‘s visuals dazzled at last years E3. If the gameplay can match the graphics, this could be a sleeper hit.
SeanNOLA’s Pick: Sacred 2‘s Diablo-style gameplay coming to consoles could be a fairly exciting event. We haven’t seen very many online RPGs in this console generation, and if Sacred plays its cards right, it could be a big hit. Expect to see me in a mad online loot grab sometime soon.
TideGear’s Pick: I’m a shmup fan for sure, but the Raiden series has never been one of my favorites. Still, the series is no slouch, and at $20 USD for all three Fighters games, it’s hard to say no. On the other hand, I had no idea Desktop Tower Defense was coming to the DS! As you may know, I dig tower defense games. While Desktop Tower Defense is no PixelJunk Monsters (my favorite tower defense game), the enhanced DS version (also only $20 USD!) still looks like a winner. That’s my pick!
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus and Sacred 2, maybe.
Raiden Fighters Aces, F’ yeah!
Nod giving a nod to Civilization IV: The Complete Edition makes Sid Meier cry.
What is Puzzle Kingdoms?
D2-style Sacred 2! Last game I played similar to that was Champions of Norrath on PS2.
I have never heard of Killing Floor
You never played Return to Arms? I think it’s much better than the original. It’s a game I will never sell.
Wow, two PS2 games. Why isn’t the system dead like the Gamecube and Xbox?
Nothing for me. I’m broke.
Raiden Fighters Aces
Just called Gamestop asking if I could preorder “Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2- Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon”
The guy said (confused), what games are you looking for? LOL
Respect the original: DTD
Sacred 2 it is a must
What are you guys reviewing?
I’ll wait for Short Bus Racing: Trading Paint
Battlestations is on my rental list, maybe Sacred 2.
Where do you guys rent? Isn’t Gamefly about the only good value?
Age of Pirates 2: City of Abandoned Ships could be worth a go.
Puzzle Kingdoms- let than $19

Oooh, I’m so in for Raiden.
I enjoyed the original Battlestations and this sequel looks just as amazing as the first. I’ve also had Devil Summoner 2 payed for at Amazon for almost a month now.
Sacred 2 (360) and Devil Summoner (PS2) are my picks of the best games for this week. Going to have to get both of them sometime.
Yep, I’m all over this.
I’m going with Tide, DTD it is! But I do think it’s better than PixelJunk’s- All the walking around is too much!
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2
I’m looking forward to playing a couple of these games.
On Twitter some claimed they were playing Raiden already. How is that possible?!?!
You can create your own creeps? Wow, I need to make a Hilton and Kardashian enemy set!
As a WWII net, I’m, picking up B:Pacific.
Desktop TD sounds like it will end up being a great time killer.
Its out dude. My Gamestop has some on Saturday!
Devil Summoner 2 is definitely the best game coming out this week. Picking it up day one for sure!
