If you must know, it’s a guy whose job is to piss off a bull before a bull fight or rodeo. In the past (and to this day, in some, more stubborn, cultures) this was done by attaching barbed-wire to a bulls “bully bits” and punching it right before the match. In the good ol’ US of A, we don’t do that, because it’s cruel. You still find some people who refer to themselves as “Scrotodilla” in the southwest, but their job is simply to prep the bull before a rodeo.
